Majestic Construction is seeking an experienced and dependable Night Shift Job Site Supervisor to
manage multiple commercial painting projects within retail environments. This position is responsible
for overseeing crews, ensuring high-quality execution, maintaining safety standards, and meeting
tight project deadlines during overnight operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate painting crews across multiple job sites during night shifts.
* Ensure all work meets project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
* Coordinate materials, equipment, and crew logistics.
* Provide nightly progress reports, including photos and production updates, to the Project
Manager Executive.
* Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment, with job site cleanliness.
* Perform site inspections and resolve issues promptly.
* Coordinate with the Project Manager Executive, superintendents, subcontractors, and internal
teams.
* Manage materials, equipment, and labor efficiently.
* Visit multiple job sites per night to ensure productivity and quality.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience as a Job Site Supervisor in commercial painting, with a minimum of
three years required.
* Experience managing multiple projects, preferably in retail environments.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
* Knowledge of painting methods, materials, and safety practices.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
* Ability to manage multiple crews.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Work Conditions:
* Night shift (overnight work required). 7:30 pm / 4:30 am 1 hr lunch.
* Travel between multiple project locations.
* Work in active retail spaces with strict deadlines.
Salary:
Base pay
* $1,000 per week or $52,000 per year.
* Typical bonuses
* $12,000 – $24,000 year
* Estimated total compensation:
* $70,000 – $82,000
Vehicle allowance
* $6,000 per year
