Everyday Contributions
- Guide and mentor a talented team of night-shift technicians dedicated to maintenance excellence.
- Ensure timely, safe, and preventative maintenance to all production equipment within our facility.
- Partner with key departments such as Production, Quality, and Engineering to reduce downtime and stick to operational schedules.
- Utilize problem-solving and improvement methodologies to fix and preempt equipment snags.
- Superintend schedules, train members, and project team performance metrics.
- Back capital improvements, technological upgrades, and novel tech deployment.
- Enforce all safety protocols, food safety, and regulatory rules.
Prerequisites
Essential:
- A Bachelor's Degree
- Proficient use of MS Office Applications
- Sharp vision and nimble hands.
- Balancing numerous tasks efficiently
- Four years of relevant experience
