They coach associates, communicate priorities, and monitor performance, participating in hiring and performance reviews.
NRMs collaborate with Night Operations ASMs to improve efficiency, supervise freight operations, and ensure timely store turnover.
They uphold safety standards, conduct quality walks, and correct hazards promptly.
Additionally, NRMs perform store duty tasks, manage daily priorities, and ensure equipment functionality.
Requirements include a high school diploma/GED, 1+ year of work experience, and strong leadership competencies.
This role involves physical activity, indoor work conditions, and does not require travel.
NRMs are key to maintaining store safety, productivity, and standards, reporting to the Store Manager without direct reports.
