Job Title: Night Shift Machine Operator
Pay: $21.38/hour
 Shift:
  • Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
  • Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and every other Thursday

Job Summary
The Machine Operator / Production Associate is responsible for ensuring machines are set up according to production schedules and that product quality standards are consistently met throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate machines according to schedule and specifications
  • Maintain product quality in accordance with process standards
  • Perform routine quality checks and document results
  • Monitor materials and equipment to ensure consistent output
  • Assist in troubleshooting production issues and identifying root causes
  • Communicate equipment or process concerns to supervisors promptly
  • Support preventive maintenance (PM/TPM) activities
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Collaborate with team members and support staff to improve processes
  • Follow all safety procedures and report hazards, incidents, or near misses
  • Participate in training and support team development
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in a fiberglass manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and adapt to schedule changes
Work Environment & PPE
  • Steel-toe boots required
  • Jeans and t-shirt (no holes)
  • Safety glasses and hearing protection required
Background Requirements
  • Ohio and Indiana DOC search required
  • Sex offender registry check required
  • Felonies considered on a case-by-case basis with approval
