Seeking a Nighttime Operations Supervisor to lead branch operations, safety, and customer service during night shifts.
Supports the Branch Manager in achieving financial goals, ensuring policy compliance, and improving branch metrics through coaching and monitoring.
Responsible for daily operational tasks like opening/closing, cash handling, and rental process oversight.
Motivates and trains staff, promotes safety culture, and maintains high service standards.
Requirements include a valid Class A CDL, 2+ years of supervision, 3+ years of operational/customer service experience, and strong leadership skills.
Schedule is Monday-Thursday, 6pm-4am, with flexibility based on business needs.
