Position Overview
The Weston Public Schools is seeking to hire a Night Custodian for Country Elementary School. This is a full-time role 40 hours per week Monday through Friday 1:30-10:00 p.m. reporting to the Building Principal and the Director of Facilities. About the Weston Public Schools
The Weston Public Schools enrolls approximately 1960 students in pre-kindergarten through grade 12. The school district includes a high school for grades 9-12, a middle school for grades 6-8, an upper elementary school for grades 4-5, and two lower elementary schools for pre-kindergarten through grade 3. Since 1967 Weston has participated in METCO (Metropolitan Council for Educational Opportunity) - a voluntary school integration program that places Boston residents in suburban schools. The Weston METCO program enrolls approximately 167 students K-12.

Compensation
The compensation for the Night Custodian will be between $22.55 to $26.81 per hour, dependent on related experience. The Night Custodian will also receive a $1.50 per hour evening shift differential. Additionally, the Weston Public Schools offers a comprehensive benefits package, including employer-sponsored health insurance, paid time off, and participation in the Middlesex County Retirement System.
