The Housekeeping Night Cleaner is responsible for the following:
Maintains the cleanliness of the public areas
Cleans designated areas including, but not limited to, restrooms, public areas, offices and banquet/meeting/conference rooms
Performs tasks including, but not limited to, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays
Greets guests in a friendly manner
Maintains cleanliness of employees lockers rooms
Reports maintenance issues to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager
Performs deep cleaning tasks and special projects (for example: mattress flipping, furniture moves, etc.), as needed
Delivers guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms, as needed
Collects all trash from the service landings and take to/dispose in outside trash dumpsters
Requirements
Be able to push, pull, lift
Be able to walk and stand for majority of the shift
Be able to bend, reach, twist
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2-3 years of previous experience preferred
Pay Rate: $21.95/hour
The schedule for the position is Tuesday through Saturday, from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM, for a total of 32 hours per week.
