JOB OBJECTIVE: As a member of the Inn of The Five Graces the Night Auditor is to assist with all guest reservation needs or requests prior to their arrival and while in house. As an award-winning Relais & Chateaux property, the Inn holds its team to the highest standards of luxury hospitality. This role translates those standards into daily action anticipating every guest's needs with precision and warmth, and ensuring that every moment at the Inn reflects its Core Values from the moment a reservation is made all the way through the farewell.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Check hotel status for arrivals and departures
- Extend or check out departures
- Print daily credit card reports
- Complete daily audit no later than 3am
- Closing of cashier daily
- Brief AM staff regarding any issues
- Assists with other tasks as assigned by supervisor's or management
ESSENTIAL WORK SKILLS:
- Strong Customer Service Skills / Ability to multitask
- Able to follow directives, protocols and procedures as required
- Courteousness with a polished appearance
- Service oriented and problem-solving attitude.
- Must be able to use daily operating systems: Opera, Microsoft Office suite, etc.
- Proven track record of providing a unique guest experience
- A valid NM Driver's License
- Able to pass a general background and reference screen
- Good telephone and computer skills
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Must have a High School diploma; college or secondary education preferred
- Must have at least 2 years of Accounting/Administrative experience in hospitality
