Responsibilities include maintaining a courteous demeanor, handling reservations, resolving guest issues promptly, upselling rooms, managing billing and payments, and ensuring guest safety and security. They also balance accounts, verify transactions, update logs, and prepare for the next day’s operations.
Candidates should have customer service experience, preferably in hospitality, familiarity with hotel systems, and a high school diploma or higher. An associate’s degree in related fields is preferred.
