We are seeking a Night Auditor to provide excellent overnight customer service and handle hotel operations during the night shift from 11PM to 7AM.
Responsibilities include balancing daily revenue and expense transactions, reconciling guest accounts, completing reports, checking guests in and out, responding to guest inquiries, and preparing breakfast.
Applicants should have 1-2 years of hotel experience, preferably in night audit, and possess strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a friendly personality.
Requirements include effective communication in English, accuracy in calculations, problem-solving skills, patience, punctuality, and the ability to work independently during weekends and holidays.
