The Night Auditor is responsible for overnight guest services and front desk duties, including greeting guests, checking them in, and providing information about their stay. They audit and balance daily reports, schedule wake-up calls and reservations, and ensure shift tasks are completed. Additionally, they respond to guest inquiries, handle complaints, communicate with departments, answer phones, record receipts, and email shift reports. The role involves maintaining brand standards and representing the hotel during late evening and early morning hours.
