Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Night Audit team, ensuring accurate revenue reconciliation and smooth overnight operations.
- Monitor staffing levels and act as Manager on Duty during overnight shifts, collaborating with security and staff.
- Prepare financial reports, ensure revenue accuracy, and handle guest inquiries and complaints.
- Train and mentor associates to maintain high performance.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic math and accounting familiarity.
- Valid driver’s license if applicable.
