Northwest Medical Center, the largest hospital system in Southern Arizona, is seeking full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to join its NICU team in Tucson, Arizona. This is a 100% inpatient opportunity in a high-acuity neonatal intensive care setting, offering strong physician collaboration, structured night coverage, and competitive compensation.

Position Highlights
- Full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner opportunity (NICU)
- PRN shifts also available
- 16-hour night shifts (approximately 160 hours per month)
- 100% inpatient NICU setting
- NICU experience required
- Neonatology training required
- Must be comfortable assisting with NICU procedures
- Malpractice coverage included
- Travel expenses covered for out-of-area candidates
