Prior experience in LOB Risk, Operational Risk, or ERM roles within a large, complex organization Strong handson experience with: o Issue management o Risk committees or governance forums Comfortable operating in evolving frameworks and judgmentheavy environments Able to quickly integrate, execute, and support without requiring continuous direction  Team Dynamic: Team of 6 people  Roles and Responsibilities: Risk Program Execution & Consultation Support the execution of HRs LOB risk management programs in alignment with Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks. Provide handson consultation to HR COEs and partners to support: o Issue identification, framing, and remediation planning o Application of updated rating methodologies and documentation expectations Assist in ensuring risk program activities are completed accurately, consistently, and on time. HR Risk Committee (HRRC) & Governance Support Provide execution support for the HR Risk Committee (HRRC), including: o Drafting and framing risk discussions and issue summaries o Supporting preparation of HRRC materials o Tracking followups and ensuring timely completion of action items Support defensibility and consistency of materials prepared under enhanced 2LOD expectations. Framework Interpretation Assist in interpretation and application of evolving enterprise risk frameworks, including true quarterend reporting expectations. CrossFunctional Engagement Partner with Compliance, ERM, Audit, and other risk stakeholders as needed to support execution continuity. Participate in workinglevel risk forums to support issue progression and alignment.  Must Have Technical Skills: Ask for years of experience: 8 or more years Excel Microsoft Suite Power BI GRC tools  Flex Skills/Nice to Have: HR risk experience HR Processes Experience

Education/Certifications:
