We’re searching for a skilled Realtor who is passionate about:

  • Building strong relationships with home builders
  • Playing a hands-on role in new development projects
  • Shaping the marketing and sales strategies for entire communities
  • Taking on leadership responsibilities while maintaining a high level of production

You will work closely with builders, buyers, and our internal team to manage projects from groundbreaking through closing—while creating scalable processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent multiple new construction communities from launch through sell-out
  • Act as the main liaison for builders, developers, and key stakeholders
  • Manage lot releases, pricing, scheduling, and buyer communications
  • Guide clients through the entire building journey, including expectations, selections, and upgrades
  • Oversee model homes, lead site meetings, and conduct critical walkthroughs
  • Collaborate with marketing to drive lead generation and convert prospects
  • Help develop and refine systems to support a growing division
  • Assume leadership roles as the division grows, including mentoring team members

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Licensed Realtor with demonstrated success (new construction experience preferred)
  • Currently active but seeking a more structured, scalable career path
  • Strong communicator adept at managing multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Trusted by builders and highly regarded by clients

Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through the entire new build process, helping them understand the benefits and features of newly constructed properties.
  • Coordinate with builders and developers to gather detailed information on new construction projects, ensuring clients have access to up-to-date information.
  • Conduct property tours for potential buyers, emphasizing the unique aspects of new builds and providing insights into the construction process.
  • Stay informed about market trends and emerging developments in the real estate industry to better assist clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns throughout the new construction journey.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective marketing strategies for new construction listings, focusing on highlighting their unique features.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Real estate license in the state of Idaho or willingness to obtain one.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Passion for new construction and a keen interest in the real estate market.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
