Perhaps our search for talented visionaries and your search for important and impactful work lead to the same place.We are seeking a mid‑to‑senior level associate to join the Labor, Employment, and Workplace Safety (LEWS) practice in our dynamic Newark office. The ideal candidate will have 4‑6 years of experience advising, litigating, and investigating employment and labor issues, and drafting and reviewing employment policies and employment‑related documents. The ideal candidate will also have some experience with the employment aspects of business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. Strong academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills are prerequisites. Trial experience is a plus but not required.
