Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Sewing & Fabrication Specialist workers for a manufacturing company in New York Mills, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce high?quality boat lift canopies and other sewn products while supporting a hands-on, team-oriented production environment. What You’ll Do as a Sewing & Fabrication Specialist:- Follow safety policies, procedures, and safe work methods
- Sew boat lift canopies and complete additional sewing projects as assigned
- Perform fabric welding, cutting, and sewing assembly
- Maintain product quality and meet production goals
- Assist with training new employees as needed
- Maintain sewing machines and production equipment
- Complete other duties as assigned
What You Need to Bring to the Sewing & Fabrication Specialist Role:- Ability to work in a normal production environment
- Strong attention to detail and effective time-management skills
- Willingness to learn cutting, welding, and sewing technology
- Ability to read and follow basic instructions
- Reliable and regular attendance
- Ability to pass any required pre?employment screening
