What You'll Do
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect new or pre-owned vehicle.
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Work closely with the Finance and Management teams to deliver outstanding buying experience.
Qualifications:
- Automotive sales experience required.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Toyota experience is a plus, but not required.
