Job Title: New Product Introduction EngineerJob Description
The New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer manages the transition of new products from development into full-scale production. This role ensures that manufacturing processes, equipment, product designs, and supporting documentation are thoroughly evaluated, optimized, and prepared for successful product launch and ongoing manufacturing. The NPI Engineer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams in Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to develop scalable, repeatable production processes and to facilitate a seamless transfer into routine manufacturing operations.

Work Environment
The role operates within a regulated manufacturing environment that adheres to formal quality management systems such as GMP, ISO, or AS9100. The NPI Engineer works closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations, balancing time between office-based work for documentation and planning and production-floor activities for process development, validation, and improvement. The environment emphasizes structured processes, compliance, and continuous improvement to support reliable product launches and stable manufacturing operations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $95000.00 - $105000.00/hr.
