      • Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and medical history.<\/span>

      • Schedule initial consultations, diagnostic tests, and follow -up appointments.<\/span>

        1. Insurance Verification:<\/span><\/b>
          <\/li><\/ol><\/div>
            • Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations for procedures.<\/span>
              <\/li>
            • Communicate with insurance providers to clarify coverage details and address any issues.<\/span>

              1. Patient Education:<\/span><\/b>
                <\/li><\/ol><\/div>
                  • Provide information about the clinic's services, procedures, and pre -appointment instructions to new patients.<\/span>

                  • Address patient questions and concerns, ensuring a clear understanding of the treatment process.<\/span>

                    1. Collaboration with Medical Staff:<\/span><\/b>

                        • Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient onboarding.<\/span>

                        • Relay pertinent patient information to the clinical team to facilitate optimal care.<\/span>
