Job Description
Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience

• Experience with data entry, records management, and office support functions

• Familiarity with shippingand receiving processes preferred

• Basic SharePoint knowledge preferred

Required Skills

• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

• Experience using Excel formulas and data tracking functions

• Strong organizational and filing abilities

Administrative Assistant Level 1

Join a leading automotive organization as an Administrative Assistant Level 1 and play an important role in supporting purchasing and operational activities within a fast-paced team environment. This opportunity is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong Excel skills, administrative experience, and excellent written communication abilities.

In this role, you will support day-to-day department operations, manage documentation and reporting, coordinate shipping-related activities, and work closely with both domestic and international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to assigned departments

• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and preparation of materials

• Maintain accurate records, files, documentation, and tracking logs

• Perform data entry and prepare reports using Microsoft Excel

• Track and manage operational data using spreadsheets and reporting tools

• Support shipping and receiving activities, including documentation and tracking

• Assist with document retention and compliance-related recordkeeping

• Upload, organize, and maintain files within SharePoint

• Communicate professionally with internal teams and international partners through email

• Support departmental operational activities and process documentation

• Review and update SOPs as part of training and process improvement efforts

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

• Comfortable moving parts or materials using carts

• Ability to occasionally travel to nearby on-site parts centers
