Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience in new home sales, luxury sales, or high-ticket sales
-Understanding of blueprints and the ability to redline plan changes
-Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
-Self-starter mentality with a “go-getter” attitude
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
-Excellent customer service skills
-Knowledge of the homebuilding process
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (not required)
-Generating and nurturing new buyer relationships
-Guiding clients through the custom home building process from start to finish
-Understanding client needs and helping them make informed design and financial decisions
-Determining floorplan design and redlining buyer's custom design needs
-Negotiating contracts and closing sales
-Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
-Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project success
-Participating in ongoing sales and product training
