We are seeking a New Home Sales Consultant in Winston-Salem, Greensboro, or High Point, NC, for a full-time role supporting multiple communities.

In this position, you'll welcome prospective buyers, guide them through floorplans and financing, handle initial sales conversations, and maintain CRM documentation. Responsibilities include maintaining model homes, capturing community media, participating in training, and conducting market research.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), 3+ years sales or client-facing experience, strong communication skills, and a valid driver’s license. A state real estate license is preferred or obtainable.
