We're seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Conway, South Carolina. This role plays an important part in supporting our day-to-day operations by helping customers, team members, and partners stay informed, organized, and connected.

Job Responsibilities
Ordering blueprints, surveys, and other necessary documents for homebuilding permit applications
Maintain an accurate permit tracking report
Following up weekly on permit applications
Drop off and pick up homebuilding permit applications (reliable transportation required)
Work alongside third-party relationships such as lenders, permit authorities, title agents, and trade partners
Welcomes clients and on-site visitors cheerfully and professionally; determines the nature of their visit and announces guests to appropriate personnel
Answers incoming telephone calls promptly in a polite, professional manner. Determine the purpose of calls, and forward them appropriately while monitoring staff availability
Assist customers and other team members
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Oversee and assist in ordering clerical supply inventory for the model home and office
Requirements
Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment
Ability to interact professionally with customers, lenders, and team members
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2+ years of Office Administrative experience preferred
New Home Builder Experience is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Strong computer literacy
Ability to manage workflow proficiently
Compensation
Starting pay at $18-$19 an hour, based on experience
