Responsibilities:


  • Deliver individualized patient care plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist

  • Educate and guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities

  • Document all patient care accurately and efficiently

  • Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and ongoing learning

  • Provide patient-centered care with compassion, professionalism, and energy

Qualifications:


  • Associate Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting (Required)

  • Active Arkansas PTA License (or license eligible at time of hire)

  • CPR Certification (Preferred)

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Desire to learn, grow, and make a difference in the community
