We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and client-focused New Business Processing Coordinator to support our financial services and insurance operations. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to advisors.
The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between financial advisors and home office staff to ensure new business applications are processed accurately and efficiently from submission through policy delivery.
Confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail are essential. Candidates will be required to complete a background check and fingerprinting process.
· Review, validate, and process insurance-related and investment applications (life insurance, disability insurance, brokerage, advisory, retirement accounts, etc.) in accordance with firm and regulatory guidelines. Submit completed applications to the carrier's home office for underwriting in a timely manner.
· Monitor application status, track outstanding items, and follow up as necessary to ensure seamless client onboarding experience.
· Liaison between financial advisors, underwriters, and custodians to resolve paperwork issues, missing information, and compliance concerns.
· Ensure timely and accurate submission of all documentation through appropriate processing platforms.
· Conduct routine follow-up on pending requirements and underwriting requests.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
· Professional demeanor with a commitment to confidentiality.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems and document workflow platforms is preferred.
· Prior experience in financial services, preferably in new business and/or investment operations processing.
· Familiarity with insurance processing, brokerage, and advisory platforms is a plus.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines.
· Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
· Confidentiality is critical and will be subject to a background check and fingerprinting
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems and document workflow platforms is preferred.
· Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive follow-up skills.
· Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
