Clinicians on assignment will find options for exploration and leisure across the region. About the Clinician's Workday The physician associate will provide night shift inpatient neurosurgical coverage from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a one week on, one week off rotation beginning January 2027. Clinical responsibilities include managing admissions and discharges, responding to consultations, and providing OR first assist as desired; discharges at night are possible but not typical. The clinician will operate within a 974-bed tertiary, JCAHO-accredited, Level 1 Trauma Center alongside an established team of 9 neurosurgeons and 9 APPs providing 24/7 inpatient support. Current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association are required, and board certification in neurological surgery is required for this assignment.
