Shift: Day shift, 3x 13-hour shifts (6:00 AM 7:00 PM)
Hours/Week: 39 hours/week

Licenses/Certifications: MA State License, BC in Neurosurgery highly preferred
Experience: Minimum 1 year neuro experience required

What Youll Do
Assist in inpatient neurosurgery patient care, including rounding with residents and developing treatment plans
Review patient charts, update orders, and manage patient discharges
Remove drains such as Hemovac and JP drains (preferred skill)
Collaborate with the neurosurgery team to deliver high-quality care
Focus solely on patient care, with no OR responsibilities
Work in a hospital setting utilizing Epic EMR system
What You Need
Board Certification in Neurosurgery (required)
Massachusetts State License (or willingness to obtain)
Minimum 1 year neuro experience in a clinical setting
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong patient communication and clinical skills
