Pay & Benefits
  • Hourly Rate: $151.32/hour

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct inpatient neurosurgery patient rounds alongside residents
  • Review patient plans, orders, and discharge paperwork
  • Manage patient care, including removing drains (hemovac, JP drains preferred)
  • Collaborate with the neurosurgery team to provide high-quality care
  • Ensure timely updates and documentation in Epic electronic medical records
  • Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols
  • Support patient follow-up and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams

What You Need
Required:
  • Current, valid Massachusetts State License
  • Board Certification in Neurosurgery
  • At least 1 year of neuro-specific experience
  • Ability to remove drains (preferred)
  • Excellent patient care and communication skills

Preferred:
  • Experience working in a hospital setting
  • Familiarity with Epic EMR system
