The Staff Pad is looking to hire passionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join one of Southwest’s premier neuroscience teams expanding across outpatient neurology, memory care, pediatric neurology and acute inpatient care settings. As part of a nationally recognized multidisciplinary practice, providers play a vital role in delivering compassionate, patient-centered neurological care across the full continuum — from chronic disease management and stroke recovery to dementia and pediatric neurological disorders. What You'll Do
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered neurological care across multiple settings
Work alongside neurologists, neurosurgeons, and sub specialists in a collaborative care model
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Prior neurology, memory care, pediatric neurology or acute care (ICU & Step-Down) experience preferred
Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
Team-oriented provider committed to compassionate, patient-focused care

Competitive compensation package:
$155,000–$175,000 base salary (BOE)
$20,000 sign-on bonus
