    • • Depending on specialty and years of experience
      • Full-Time schedule starts at approximately 16 patients seen
    • Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
    • • Depending on specialty and years of experience
    • Moving Allowance
    • Productivity based Bonus Structure
    • Health/Dental/Vision Benefits covered 100% for provider, 50% for dependents
    • 401K - Matching
    • 4 weeks Off year 1 and 2 (3 weeks PTO, 1 week Fed Holidays)
    • • 5 weeks Off year 3+ (4 weeks PTO, 1 week Fed Holidays)
    • $1,500 CME allowance
    • Credentialing, licensing, and association fees

      • No hospital, No call
    • Board certified and fellowship trained supervising physician
