The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center Department of Neurology is seeking a faculty member with a focused clinical and research interest in Neuro-Oncology.

UT Southwestern is recognized for offering an exceptional level of expertise in Neuro-Oncology providing effective treatment options based on the latest research and the highest standards of care.

The Neuro-Oncology Program at UT Southwestern is a growing high-volume service line that aims to provide patients with robust multidisciplinary care. We have active basic translational and clinical research programs. There is excellent collaboration between Neuro-Oncology, Neurosurgery, Radiation Oncology, PM&R, Neuropathology, and Neuroradiology.

We seek an enthusiastic neuro-oncologist to join our group.

Qualifications

  • Possess or be eligible for medical licensure in the State of Texas
  • Board certified/board eligible by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology for adult or child neurology
  • Completed a 1-2 year fellowship in Neuro-Oncology
  • Ability to demonstrate excellence in clinical medicine, interpersonal interactions, communication, teamwork skills, and be a motivated self-starter

Faculty members are expected to participate in academic and clinical research activities.
