We are seeking a <\/span><\/span>Network Administrator<\/span><\/span><\/b> with strong hands -on experience in <\/span><\/span>network administration<\/span><\/span><\/b> combined with <\/span><\/span>desktop support / end -user support<\/span><\/span><\/b>. This role will be responsible for maintaining and improving the organization’s network and core infrastructure, while also providing high -quality technical support to internal users. The ideal candidate is comfortable troubleshooting across the stack—from WAN/VPN and cloud networking (including <\/span><\/span>Cato Cloud<\/span><\/span><\/b>) to virtualization (<\/span><\/span>VMware<\/span><\/span><\/b>) and endpoint issues.

Responsibilities

Network & Infrastructure<\/span><\/span><\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

  • Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VPN, DNS/DHCP, and Wi -Fi environments.
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Support and manage <\/span><\/span>Cato Cloud<\/span><\/span><\/b> (e.g., connectivity, policies, security controls, troubleshooting, user/site onboarding).
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain network security best practices (patching, access control, segmentation, and incident response support).
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors/ISPs to resolve connectivity and performance issues.
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Document network topology, configurations, standards, and runbooks.
    <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Virtualization & Systems<\/span><\/span><\/b>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

    • Support <\/span><\/span>VMware<\/span><\/span><\/b> environments (e.g., ESXi/vCenter operations, VM provisioning, performance monitoring, backups coordination).
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Assist with general infrastructure tasks (servers, storage, backups, endpoint management as applicable).
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Participate in maintenance windows, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
      <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      Desktop / End -User Support<\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>

      • Provide Tier 2/3 desktop support for Windows/macOS endpoints and common productivity tools.
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, user access, printers, and conferencing/meeting -room tech as needed.
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Manage onboarding/offboarding technical tasks (accounts, devices, access, security baselines).
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Maintain strong customer service, clear communication, and timely ticket updates.

        Requirements<\/h3>
        • Solid <\/span><\/span><\/b>experience combining <\/span><\/span>network administration<\/span><\/span><\/b> and <\/span><\/span>desktop/end -user support<\/span><\/span><\/b>.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Hands -on experience with <\/span><\/span>VMware<\/span><\/span><\/b> (vSphere/ESXi/vCenter) and Cato Cloud<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • Experience working with ticketing systems, documentation, and ITIL -style practices.<\/span><\/span>
          <\/li>
        • General infrastructure / networking certifications (preferred)<\/span><\/span>
