This is responsible work in providing training and support to personal computer users of the Judiciary of the U.S. Virgin Islands. Work involves providing support to personal computer users in their office locations, and includes responsibility for implementation services, and ongoing primary support of information systems. Work also involves application training on tools supported by the network systems, and is performed under the close supervision of a higher level officer of the Information Technology Division.
