Work from Office Role, working hours will be any 9 hours between 08:00 Eastern Time to 18:00 Eastern
Time with on call for escalation after business hours and weekend
Role Overview
We are seeking a Network & SD-WAN Operations Engineer (Level 2) with 2 5 years of hands-on
experience in Cisco SD-WAN and Routing & Switching. This role is responsible for supporting,
troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure in a dynamic, multi-site
environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
" 2 5 years of experience in network operations (L2 support role)
" Strong hands-on experience with:
o Cisco SD-WAN
Routing & Switching (Cisco devices preferred)
" Solid understanding of:
o Routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP
o Switching technologies: VLANs, STP, EtherChannel
o WAN technologies: MPLS, Broadband, LTE
o Network fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, NAT
" Experience with SD-WAN policy configurations (control/data policies, app-aware routing)
" Familiarity with troubleshooting tools (ping, traceroute, packet capture, logs)
Preferred Qualifications
" Cisco certifications (CCNA / CCNP Enterprise or SD-WAN)
" Experience with Cisco Catalyst/ISR/ASR platforms
" Exposure to cloud networking (AWS/Azure)
" Basic scripting/automation knowledge (Python, REST APIs)
" Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow
