Job Title: Network Real Estate Specialist
Location: Charlotte, NC (HYBRID)
Duration: 12+ Months

Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years

Responsibilities:
  • Drive Inbound Colocation projects to completion on Telecommunication owned Neutral Host Distributed Antenna Systems (NHDAS) in stadiums, venues, campuses, airports and hospitals.
  • Track vendor performance, ensuring project trackers are updated, conforming to all leasing, zoning/permitting, environmental, and regulatory compliance policies.
  • Will be required to work in multiple systems.
  • Experience with Telecommunication databases such as Fuze is a plus.
  • Manage project budgets.
  • Participate in deployment calls with markets, vendors, third parties and project team.
  • Insure that all parties are aware of project status.
  • Conduct deployment calls

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important):
  • Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented and have the ability to work independently, accurately, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to conduct meetings, evaluate issues, provide solutions, and drive aggressive timelines
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, organize data and develop recommendations
  • Manage and mitigate risks to keep projects on track and provide status updates
  • Ability to analyze, negotiate, structure, prepare, and present risk assessment and analysis

JOB DUTIES: You will be the SME, POC and liaison that supports inbound colocations from application through contract execution including processing inbound applications, reconciling and managing national database for your assigned markets, searching and compiling costs, design, reviewing contracts for accuracy, and obtaining necessary approvals while reaching deliverables. Partnering with cross functional business and financial leads in Operations, Network Finance, Legal, Submarkets and Accounts Receivable to report on projects, statuses, and deliverables.
