About the Role
We are seeking a Network Real Estate Administrator to support routing approvals, lease lifecycle management, and vendor coordination for the Bedminster location. This role aligns closely with existing team responsibilities and supports network real estate operations, lease compliance, financial accuracy, and issue resolution across active site portfolios.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in telecom real estate, lease administration, vendor oversight, and cross‑functional coordination with engineering, construction, legal, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
Financial & Compliance Tasks
- Perform tax reconciliation activities.
- Manage ROFR (Right of First Refusal) processes.
- Review and validate purchase orders for accuracy.
- Resolve match exceptions and correct discrepancies.
Vendor & Real Estate Administration
- Coordinate with vendors on deliverables and issue resolution.
- Manage estoppels and documentation requirements.
- Assist with agreements, amendments, and lease‑related tasks.
- Research and resolve rent payment or tax discrepancies.
- Process ownership changes and support site access requests.
- Generate termination memos and maintain clean documentation trails.
Database & Project Support
- Set up new projects and ensure accurate data entry.
- Monitor system data integrity and resolve errors.
- Request project numbers for new initiatives.
Must‑Have Qualifications
- Experience with FUZE systems.
- Strong background in lease management and vendor management.
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience.
- 3+ years of experience in site acquisition, commercial real estate, or property management.
- 1+ year of experience in the communications or wireless industry.
- Experience in legal, contract management, project management, or construction environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, take initiative, and consistently meet deadlines.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational ability.
- Ability to interpret legal/financial terms and read complex contracts.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and relational/web‑based database platforms.
