Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Network Project Manager to lead multiple network infrastructure projects focused on the planning and decommissioning of legacy network assets. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, drive project execution, and ensure successful delivery while maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple small, medium, and complex network infrastructure projects using established project management methodologies.
• Develop end-to-end project plans for the decommissioning of network assets.
• Manage project intake, prioritize initiatives with business stakeholders, assign work, and drive execution through release delivery.
• Coordinate with network engineering, IT, vendors, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
• Prepare executive presentations outlining project objectives, current status, future state, risks, and business outcomes.
• Perform project management activities including planning, estimation, resource allocation, scheduling, and delivery management.
• Provide regular leadership updates through project status reports and dashboards.
• Drive project execution by partnering with business teams and key stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, manage risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Oversee the decommissioning of legacy network infrastructure to ensure proper removal from production environments.
• Lead project review and status meetings while identifying creative solutions to project challenges.
• Drive results across multiple teams regardless of reporting structure.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Focus on process improvements and customer experience throughout project execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6+ years of experience in Project Management.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional, or enterprise-wide projects.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with wireless core network applications and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
• PMI/PMP or other Project Management certification is preferred.
