This role is ONSITE in Colorado Springs, CO (Schriever Space Force Bas The Command and Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) program integrates the Missile Defense System. It is a vital operational system that enables the U.S. president, secretary of defense, and combatant commanders at strategic, regional, and operational levels to systematically plan ballistic missile defense operations, to see the battle develop collectively, and to dynamically manage designated networked sensors and weapons systems to achieve global and regional mission objectives. C2BMC is the force multiplier that globally and regionally networks integrate, synchronizing autonomous sensor and weapon systems and operations to optimize performance. This program is integral to all system ground and flight tests, which verify and exercise all current and future missile defense system capabil WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO: Will provide first-level technical support to the warfighter and perform initial troubleshooting of all local C2BMC network hardware and software Document and report all events/issues to the CWO and receive tasking and direction from the CCC for all operations, test & real-world events Assist in all network hardware/software installations as directed by the local SMEs and create and maintain user accounts as directed by the local ISSO Experience in Windows Server maintenance Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Performs other duties and assignments as required WHAT THE TEAM REQUIRES: Please note your updated security clearance and IAT/relevant certifications on your resume, if applicable. An active SECRET clearance is required to start. 2 years' experience with Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline or a Master's degree with 0 years' experience or 6 years' experience in lieu of a degree. DoD 8140 certification at IAT Level II or higher (Security+ CE, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, CCNA Security, etc.) is required Position requires rotating 24x7 shift work, will be assigned to a 12-hour shift, determined by mission requirements.
