Network Manager

Exciting opportunity for a hands-on Network Manager / Architect to help design and scale a global, high-performance network. You’ll still spend the majority of your time building, automating, and designing—not just managing.

How the role breaks down:

• 40% core networking (routing/switching, design, architecture)
• 40% automation & engineering (IaC, scripting, AI-driven ops)
• 20% trading / low-latency exposure (nice to have, not required)

What you’ll do:

• Architect and evolve a global network infrastructure
• Drive an automation-first approach (Ansible, Terraform, code-driven networking)
• Lead a small team (2 direct reports) while staying hands-on

What they’re looking for:

• Strong network design + architecture background
• Deep experience with automation / infrastructure-as-code
• Proven ability to lead while remaining highly technical

Remote-friendly (EST/CST) with occasional travel.
