Position Description:
The Network Evaluator advances the agency's mission by leading data-informed evaluation activities and providing analytical support to organizational leadership. With a high level of independence, the Evaluator manages complex projects with minimal day-to-day oversight, demonstrating strong follow-through, sound judgment, and proactive problem-solving. This role integrates quantitative and qualitative data to inform network-wide planning and decision-making. The Network Evaluator strengthens Single Source Continuum Contractor (SSCC) subcontractor support services by monitoring the health and capacity of the provider network, identifying service gaps and emerging needs, and producing clear, actionable reports that guide subcontractor performance management and continuous quality improvement. The Network Evaluator also conducts evaluation of SSCC initiatives, provider development strategies, network interventions, service improvement efforts, procurement strategies, and pilot projects to assess implementation, effectiveness, and outcomes. The role supports forecasting, early warning indicators, predictive analytics, and risk stratification tools that help anticipate provider network risks, placement capacity needs, service gaps, utilization trends, and emerging performance concerns.
