Job Description

We are seeking a Lease Connectivity Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data center connectivity, network build readiness, and project controls and a proven ability to deliver end-to-end connectivity projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project scope, schedules, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with site construction management throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Review ongoing projects for efficiencies and document data points to support field coordination.
  • Support development of project management best practices and coordinate SOPs/SIPs with vendors.
  • Assist project controls with forecasting and budget efforts and communicate status to stakeholders.
  • Manage landlord OSP infrastructure per design and lease requirements and track key dates.
  • Ensure rack/patch/stack of the network build is completed to standard.
  • Troubleshoot network turnup during provisioning and coordinate ENS/RSE for activation.
  • Conduct QA/QC for the connectivity scope and oversee vendor safety program implementation.
  • Validate designs, artifacts, and deliverables and support change orders and RFIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in data center connectivity, OSP/ISP coordination, and network build methods.
  • Strong project planning, scheduling, and budget forecasting skills.
  • Ability to execute QA/QC, manage vendors, and enforce safety program requirements.
  • Excellent documentation skills including SOPs, SIPs, and RFI process management.
  • Experience coordinating provisioning and troubleshooting turnup activities.
  • 5+ years in connectivity engineering, network deployment, or related construction project roles.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in hyperscale or client data center construction environments.
  • Familiarity with design-build delivery and constructability reviews.
  • Scheduling and risk mitigation expertise to forecast and de-risk timelines.
  • Self-driven approach with sound field decision-making capability.
