Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support WAN/LAN/SD-WAN (Cisco Viptela) environments
- Lead network upgrades, modernization, and infrastructure projects
- Handle escalations, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Create LLDs, documentation, and change management (ServiceNow, RoC)
- Ensure network security, reliability, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams
Required Skills:
- CCNP (mandatory), CCIE (preferred)
- Strong in BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN, Cisco LAN/WLAN, NAC (ISE, Aruba ClearPass)
- Expertise in switching (STP, VLANs, EtherChannel) and QoS
- Experience in network design, implementation, and documentation
