This is NOT a traditional analysis role-the BA will build, configure, deploy, and maintain AI-powered solutions that eliminate manual processes across our $1.8B supply chain operation. Core Responsibilities: The BA will design and implement automated workflows using internal enterprise AI platforms, workflow builders, and agent configuration tools. The BA will configure workflow logic, decision trees, automation sequences, and integration points, establishing the data inputs and workspace structures required for AI functionality. The BA will partner directly with supply chain teams to understand manual process pain points, co-develop solutions through iterative testing, and conduct user acceptance testing. The BA will build hybrid solutions combining analytics dashboards with AI workflows, addressing both manual reporting needs and process automation requirements. Solutions may span multiple platforms, requiring the BA to orchestrate end-to-end capabilities across BI tools and AI agent systems. The BA will manage 5-8 concurrent implementation projects, operating with high autonomy and minimal supervision. The BA will troubleshoot AI behavior, optimize prompt performance, and ensure output quality without vendor support. Critical to success: the BA will document every workflow configuration, prompt pattern, and implementation decision with sufficient detail that non-technical business users can maintain solutions long-term. The BA will possess strong knowledge of no-code/low-code workflow automation tools and business process configuration. Basic technical literacy (APIs, data structures, integrations) is required-NO traditional coding required. Preferred Qualifications: Supply chain knowledge (procurement cycles, inventory management, logistics planning) is strongly preferred to quickly grasp operational use cases. Experience with analytics/BI tools (Tableau, QuickSight, Power BI) and 2-3+ years implementing AI/automation solutions in operations environments will distinguish top candidates. The BA will work independently, adapt rapidly to new tools, maintain exceptional attention to detail, and treat documentation as a core deliverable-not an afterthought.
