Providing onsite network support for IT, users, customers and projects
Supporting VOIP phone connectivity issues
Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving network outages
Assisting network equipment support and circuit maintenance
Creating network change notices and implementing network changes
Performing quarterly failover testing of network capabilities at all locations

Requirements:
At least 3 years' experience applying knowledge of networking principles to implement and maintain secure business networks
Thorough understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DOT1X, Firewall Policies, Class of Service, and Virtual Chassis
Experience with the following protocols:
Transparent Bridging 802.1D
Spanning Tree
Link Layer Discovery Protocol
Power Over Ethernet
802.1Q Trunk
DOT1X
Experience with virtual switch stack technology
Firewall experience
Experience with creating VLANs
Experience configuring security zones and permissions
Experience with configuring interfaces for VOIP
