Pay Rate: $46/hour
Location: Doral, FL area (Remote option available for candidates outside commuting distance)
Schedule:
Monday & Friday: Work from home
Tuesday–Thursday: In-office (if local to Doral office)
Travel: No field travel required
Expenses: Internet reimbursed for remote workers
Overview
The Network Construction Manager supports the Fiber Network Construction team through day-to-day administrative and project coordination activities. This is an office-based role with no fieldwork responsibilities. The position focuses heavily on project billing, purchase orders, invoicing, and documentation review, while collaborating closely with engineering, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of construction-related processes.

Strong experience with project billing, purchase orders (POs), and invoicing
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and splice documentation

Role & Responsibilities
Manage daily administrative activities for the Fiber Network Construction team
Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and Change Management (CMs)
Review and process contractor and vendor invoices for accuracy
Review fiber splice packages from Engineering and distribute as needed
Coordinate fiber splicing documentation within the assigned geographic area
Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines
Assist with project financials including forecasting, invoicing, and resolving past-due items
Communicate proactively with management regarding risks or issues
Develop progress reports and assist with ad hoc reporting requests
Communicate with vendors regarding splicing work and billing
Order police support for splicing activity as required
Support close-out packages by understanding service delivery and small cell requirements
Collaborate across teams to improve billing accuracy, processes, and overall quality
Support key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OpEx spend, MTTR, on-time installs, fiber completion, and enterprise revenue delivery
Experience Requirements
3+ years of experience in project billing, construction administration, and/or fiber splicing management
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
