Job Description:
  • Subject Matter Expert in Routing, Switching & Firewall, mainly on Cisco products.
  • 12+ years of experience in handling enterprise datacenter environments handling high end datacenter grade Cisco products & technologies (Cisco Nexus, ACI, VPC, Fabric path, OSPF, BGP, STP, SDWAN etc.,)
  • Hands on experience in handling networking products likes Cisco routers (ISR, ASR), switches (Nexus, Catalyst), firewalls (ASA, Palo Alto), Loadbalancers (F5, Citrix).
  • Hands on experience in build/implementation/configuration/firmware upgrades of Cisco routers, switches, ASA firewalls, Palo Alto Firewalls.
  • Hands on experience in configuring, troubleshooting routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, EIGRP
  • Hands on experience in implementing VPN solutions like Remote access vpn, IPSEC VPN using Cisco ASA or Palo Alto firewalls.
  • Hands on experience in handling services like DNS, DHCP, SNMP, Logging, Monitoring
  • Ability to troubleshoot independently any network related issues or major incidents in complex environment.
  • Ability to lead root cause analysis for any major incidents and all remediation activities.
  • Ability to prepare all required technical documentation, provide required knowledge transfer.
  • Ability to work with team members in troubleshooting complex issues.
  • Ability to independently design and implement changes to the existing datacenter environment.
  • Ability to Create and maintain High Level Design, Low Level Design, Technical Architecture, and core designs / patterns.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels of the organization and customer.
  • Cisco CCNP or CCIE certifications would be valuable.
