Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Implementation Consultant with hands-on expertise implementing NetSuite Advanced Projects, SuiteProjects (OpenAir), and/or SuiteSuccess solutions. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations, gather business requirements, design scalable solutions, configure project accounting and resource management processes, and support clients through deployment and post-go-live activities.Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle NetSuite implementations from discovery through go-live and hypercare support.
• Conduct requirements gathering workshops, business process analysis, fit-gap assessments, and solution design sessions.
• Configure and implement NetSuite Advanced Projects, SuiteProjects/OpenAir, and SuiteSuccess methodologies.

  • Project Profitability Reporting
• Configure project lifecycle processes including:
  • Project Creation

  • Resource Allocation
  • Time Entry
  • Expense Reporting
  • Milestone Billing
  • Fixed Fee & T&M Billing
  • Revenue Recognition
• Integrate NetSuite with third-party systems including CRM, HRIS, Payroll, PSA, and ERP applications.
• Perform data migration activities including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
• Develop functional specifications and work with technical teams on SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, integrations, and customizations.
• Support SIT, UAT, training, cutover planning, and production deployment.
• Provide post-implementation support and process optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders, project managers, finance teams, and business users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of NetSuite consulting/implementation experience
• 2+ full lifecycle NetSuite implementations
• Strong hands-on experience with:

• Experience with:
  • Project Accounting
  • Professional Services Automation (PSA)

  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C)
  • Record-to-Report (R2R)
  • Project-to-Cash (P2C)
• Experience with SuiteAnalytics reporting and dashboards.
• Knowledge of NetSuite workflows, saved searches, and role-based security.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills.
