Role Overview:
The NetSuite Delivery Lead is responsible for leading end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation engagements while serving as a trusted advisor to clients. This role blends project leadership, functional consulting, and strategic advisory responsibilities across the full implementation lifecycle. The Delivery Lead partners with client executives and business stakeholders to define requirements, design NetSuite-enabled business processes, and ensure successful delivery of scalable ERP solutions. In addition to managing project delivery, this role will mentor junior consultants, contribute to solution design, and perform hands-on NetSuite configuration when needed. This position requires strong experience in ERP project delivery, NetSuite functional consulting, business process transformation, and stakeholder engagement at both operational and executive levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation Leadership:
* Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations, from discovery through go-live and post-implementation optimization.
* Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple concurrent workstreams.
* Apply structured implementation methodologies (e.g., SuiteSuccess or similar delivery frameworks).
* Oversee testing, training, deployment, and stabilization phases of NetSuite implementations.
* Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery issues and ensure timely resolution.
Strategic Client Advisory:
* Act as a trusted advisor to client executives and business leaders throughout the transformation process.
* Lead discovery workshops and process assessments to understand client business objectives and operational challenges.
* Translate business requirements into NetSuite solution designs and implementation roadmaps.
* Recommend best practices and industry-leading processes enabled by NetSuite.
* Present solution approaches and implementation progress to executive steering committees.
Functional Consulting & NetSuite Configuration:
* Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and document business requirements and functional specifications.
* Configure NetSuite modules and features as needed to support project delivery.
* Design business processes across: OTC, PTP, RTP, and PSA Domains
* Work with technical teams on integrations, workflows, customizations, and reporting.
Delivery Governance & Quality Assurance:
* Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, RAID logs, and delivery KPIs.
* Ensure solution designs align with business requirements and implementation scope.
* Conduct milestone reviews, design validations, and delivery quality checks.
* Monitor project financials, resource allocation, and delivery performance.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
* Provide day-to-day guidance and mentorship to functional consultants and junior team members.
* Delegate configuration, testing, documentation, and data migration tasks appropriately.
* Support capability development through coaching, knowledge sharing, and delivery best practices.
* Contribute to improving implementation methodologies and delivery standards.
Required Qualifications:
* 5+ years of ERP consulting experience, including NetSuite implementations.
* Proven experience leading multiple end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects.
* Strong NetSuite functional expertise across core ERP modules.
* Experience conducting client workshops, requirements discovery, and solution design.
* Ability to balance strategic advisory with hands-on configuration work.
* Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
* Demonstrated experience mentoring consultants or leading delivery teams.
* Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance and Accounting, or related Field
Preferred Qualifications:
* NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, Administrator, ERP Consultant, Advanced Revenue Management, Multi-book Accounting)
* Experience in consulting environments (NetSuite Partner, SI, or Professional Services).
* Familiarity with NetSuite implementation methodologies (SuiteSuccess).
* Experience across industries such as Field Service Management, manufacturing, distribution, or professional services.
* Masters degree in Engineering, CPA, or MBA
