Mountain Ltd. has an opening for an NESC Administrative Assistant in the Portland, OR area!
Daily Responsibilities:
The NESC Administrative Assistant performs duties such maintaining complex files, keeping records, preparing schedules, compiling and checking reports, searching and investigating information contained in file, processing departmental documents requiring specific knowledge of functional operations, posting records including accounting and continuing property records, typing correspondence and reports from rough drafts and assisting engineers as requested. Upon request, the Assistant, using various formats, will gather and coordinate associated statistical data for use in departmental or project specific reports.
Qualifications:
8 to 10 years of Excel reporting experience
Familiarity with working with deadlines
Capability to oversee communications in a professional manner with internal and external groups
Strong computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Excellent communicator to coordinate with office, field, and utility teams.
Ability to multi-task and strong verbal communication skills.
Must be analytical, detail oriented, and conscientious.
Must have a high level of initiative and follow-up support capability working with limited supervision.
Exposure to NJUNS is a plus
Experience with joint-use poles is a plus
Familiarity with telecommunications construction processes is a plus
